The location is perfect, close to everything and to the train station. Plenty of restaurants and shops around you. And it's one hour walk to the piccadilly circus, for who loves to walk. Also the staff were friendly and very helpful. Especial thank to kashuel. He was very helpful and friendly 😊

The location was ideal, with easy access to underground stations and buses that can take you anywhere. Additionally, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly.

Helpful and friendly staff and great location. it's about a 5min walk from the underground station from which you can get to the piccadilly circus in about 15mins. The room and the bathroom were clean and cozy, not that big but it was enough for me and my friend. The neighbourhood was safe and had many fast food restaurants and stores nearby. highly recommend staying in this area.

The reception is open 24 hours and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The bed was beautifully made and really comfortable. The whole vibe is really laid back. This was my second visit (Londoner now living in Berlin) and it is ideal for my quick homesick trips back. The location is perfect with lots of nearby shops and pubs and a very short walk to the tube station.

Heeton Concept Kensington is truly a beautiful and fun property! It’s really clean and inviting. We were met with the most amazing reception team! Everyone was so kind and you couldn’t help but feel welcome and cared for. We spent our anniversary in London and we were treated like family and given a great experience. The way our room was decorated and designed was so cool! This is a green hotel and the perks are amazing. From the amazing day staff to the lovely weekend staff to the fantastic evening staff, we can’t wait to come back! Everyone went above and beyond. Led by the amazing Mariem, this is a must stay experience. It’s adorable, affordable, and a block away from Earl’s Court. Thank you! We look forward to another stay. Do not hesitate to stay here and have a peaceful stay.

The staff. There was a problem with my first room and the lady on reception (I didn't take her name unfortunately) fixed it with no problems. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The location was great. Easy to find and near Earls Court tube station. It was also quiet at night. The room size was good for the price that I paid. Nice bathroom. Everything was clean. The shower pressure was excellent (better than mine at home!) Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Nice decor, friendly/helpful staff , room was in a great location not too high up. Comfy beds , Shower was small but lovely. Hotel is really close to tube station. Check in & check out was quick and easy. All staff were very helpful, thank you Kaushal for your assistance with checking out, our luggage & providing us with hot drinks while we wait. Would definitely stay here again .

The location is very central and convenient. Walking distance to Earls Court underground station. Many restaurants and cafes close by. Mariem, the front office staff member, was extremely nice and helped us to take one of our luggages to the Earls Court station, as there were no taxis available.
